Gem Photographic Limited retain full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. These photographs are solely for personal display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission Gem Photographic Limited holding copyright.

Match to original. (Likeness to person/colour)
In accordance with the accepted practices of all professional photographers and photographic laboratories, the return of any technically acceptable photographs or prints or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle. No exception whatsoever can be made to this rule as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or expectations.

Product Presentation
Some images are printed alongside other images on larger sheets and these will generally be dispatched without being separated. Prints sold with mounts will generally not be placed in their mounts before dispatch (generally one print in each order will be mounted to show correct orientation in the mounts). Other products requiring assembly - such as key rings, fridge magnets, clocks, etc. - may or may not be dispatched pre-assembled at Gem Photographic Limited's discretion.
All Large, Medium, Group with Name Banner and Panoramic Mounts are blocked with the Company Name of Gem Photographic.
All mounts are cardboard strut mounts and can come with or without push out cardboard stands.

Delivery
By ordering online your order will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail within ten working days, unless otherwise stated on your order form.
Parcels returned to us due to non collection from the sorting office will be charged for delivery. Payment must be made before parcel are dispatched again.
Any issues resulting from the delivery must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to home address and within 10 days of delivery to school.

Failure
Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, Gem Photographic Limited can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.

Permanence
All photographs supplied by Gem Photographic Limited are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. Gem Photographic Limited cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.

Sizes
All sizes are quoted in inches and are approximate and refer to print sizes.

Customer Editing
Any edits made by you on the website, such as zooming in an image, changing text and changing text fonts are done so at your own risk and will not qualify for a refund or replacement if you are unhappy with the editing done.
No Editing will be done by Gem Photographic Limited unless prior written agreement is made.

Return Arrangements
For orders that need to be returned please send to the address below with a covering letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items.

Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you must contact Gem Photographic Limited within 10 days of delivery to your school and 48hrs of delivery to your home address to arrange a return. You will be required to return to Gem Photographic Limited all parts of the order that you wish to be credited with store credit.
Please note that digital images (eg. email, MMS, CD or downloads etc.) cannot be refunded or exchanged for alternatives.
To cancel an order for a full refund this must be done within 48hrs of placing the order.

Gem Photographic Limited reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice and does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained on our website.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods on our website that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order and the price published on www.gemphotographic.co.uk is incorrect we will contact you to inform you that we have not accepted your order. You will be advised of the correct price of the product. You will be given the option to cancel your order or choose to continue at the correct price. If you wish to cancel your order, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to continue with the order at the correct price, an adjustment transaction will be made.

Personal Information
Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable individual. When a user places an order the user will be required to provide personal information such as their name and email address, and to provide payment card information (number, type and expiration date), a telephone number and a billing address. Your name and address details will be retained on our database in order for us to deliver your order to you. Your payment card data is only taken by the banking system and it is never received or stored by Gem Photographic Limited. We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide excellent service to you in respect of the product you purchase.

Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information
We will not sell, trade or lease the personal information you entrust to us.

Changing or Removing Personal Information
We recognise that some of the information that we may have collected from you will change from time to time. You can change information that you have previously provided to us or request us to remove it from our records by emailing us at info@gemphotographic.co.uk or by telephoning the Gem Photographic office on +44 (0) 2081509749.

We use reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Facial Recognition
Gem Photographic Limited does not use any facial recognition software within its systems.
